Refund Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the final treatment cost.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred once.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in loss of deposit.

Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of beauty and permanent makeup treatments, we are unable to offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with the result of a treatment, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss the best course of action.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
